The entirety of the area within the city limits of the City of Crandall, Texas that is located within Kaufman County assuming its proportionate share of the outstanding debts and taxes of Kaufman County Emergency Services District No. 7, if the area is added to the District. The maximum ad valorem tax rate in Kaufman County Emergency Services District No. 7 for fiscal year 2027 is $0.08800 per $100 valuation.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote has Crandall's area take on its share of the district's debts and taxes if added; the district's maximum FY2027 tax rate is $0.088 per $100.

A “No” vote means

A no vote opposes Crandall's area assuming a share of the district's debts and taxes.
