The entirety of the area within the city limits of the City of Crandall, Texas that is located within Kaufman County assuming its proportionate share of the outstanding debts and taxes of Kaufman County Emergency Services District No. 7, if the area is added to the District.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote has Crandall's area take on its proportionate share of the district's outstanding debts and taxes if it is added.
A “No” vote means
A no vote opposes Crandall's area assuming a share of the district's debts and taxes.
