THIS IS A TAX INCREASE - The Issuance of $865,840,000 Utility Bonds and the Levy of Ad Valorem Taxes Adequate to Provide for the Payment of the Utility Bonds by Grand Meadows Municipal Utility District of Kaufman County
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district issue $865,840,000 in utility bonds and levy property taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies the district authority to issue these utility bonds.
