THIS IS A TAX INCREASE - The Issuance of $358,875,000 Road Refunding Bonds and the Levy of Ad Valorem Taxes Adequate to Provide for the Payment of the Road Refunding Bonds by Grand Meadows Municipal Utility District of Kaufman County.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district issue $358,875,000 in road refunding bonds and levy property taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies the district authority to issue these refunding bonds.
