THIS IS A TAX INCREASE - The Imposition and Levy of a Maintenance Tax in an Amount Not to Exceed $1.00 per $100/Assessed Valuation by Grand Meadows Municipal Utility District of Kaufman County.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district levy a maintenance tax of up to $1.00 per $100 of assessed value.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies the district authority to levy the maintenance tax.
