Shall the Charter be amended to provide that the City Council shall have the power, by ordinance, to renumber and rearrange charter provisions, including the power to correct typographical errors, to conform titles, to replace antiquated terminology with more current language, and to conform cross-references in the body of the text of this Charter, so long as no substantive change is made?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the City Council, by ordinance, renumber and rearrange charter provisions and fix typos and wording, if no substantive change is made.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's provisions on renumbering and wording corrections unchanged.
