Shall the Charter be amended to authorize the City Council to define the Council Member Districts by ordinance and authorize the City Council to redistrict in accordance with state and federal laws after each decennial census if needed to comply with the federal One Person/One Vote requirement?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote lets the City Council define council districts by ordinance and redraw them after each census if needed to meet one-person, one-vote requirements.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's provisions on council districts unchanged.
