Shall the Charter be amended to provide that the Mayor or a Council Member upon announcing the officer's candidacy for, or becoming a candidate for, any other public office, other than a place on the City Council, constitutes automatic resignation of the officer's position?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote makes the mayor or a council member automatically resign by announcing or becoming a candidate for another public office, other than a council seat.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's rules on officeholders running for other offices unchanged.
