Shall the Charter be amended to require the announcement of a conflict of interest if the Mayor or a Council Member intends to abstain from voting on an item?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote requires the mayor or a council member to announce a conflict of interest when intending to abstain from voting on an item.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's conflict-of-interest provisions unchanged.
