Shall the Charter be amended to require that the City Manager's contract shall not have a term greater than four (4) years, the contract may be renewed, extended, or renegotiated for an additional term or terms, each of which may not exceed four (4) years; and the City Manager shall be covered by a surety bond?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote limits the city manager's contract to renewable terms of up to four years each and requires the city manager to be covered by a surety bond.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's city manager provisions unchanged.
