Shall the Charter be amended to provide that the City Council may appoint and remove a City Attorney, either an individual or law firm, establishing compensation and duties; and providing for retaining special counsel as deemed necessary?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the council appoint and remove a city attorney (a person or law firm), set pay and duties, and retain special counsel as needed.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's city attorney provisions unchanged.
