Shall the Charter be amended to require a two-thirds (2/3rd) majority vote of the City Council to remove the judge of the municipal court?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote requires a two-thirds council vote to remove the municipal court judge.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's rules for removing the municipal judge unchanged.
