Shall the Charter be amended to require the submission of a five (5) year capital improvements plan with the annual budget and providing the contents of the capital improvements plan?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote requires a five-year capital improvements plan to be submitted with each annual budget and sets what it must contain.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's budget provisions unchanged.
