Shall the Charter be amended to require that the City provide errors and omissions coverage of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for its officials and officers?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote requires the city to carry at least $1 million in errors and omissions coverage for its officials and officers.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's insurance provisions unchanged.
