Shall the Charter be amended to provide that the process for filing for a place on the ballot in city elections, printing of ballots, and runoff elections be pursuant to the Texas Election Code?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote makes ballot filing, ballot printing and runoff elections for city elections follow the Texas Election Code.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's election provisions unchanged.
