Shall the Charter be amended to provide for the review of the Charter at least every fifth (5th) year by a commission or committee appointed by the City Council?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote requires a council-appointed commission or committee to review the charter at least every five years.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's charter amendment provisions unchanged.
