Shall the Charter be amended to provide for the annexation of territory and the extension of boundaries as provided by state law?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote provides for annexation and extension of city boundaries as state law allows.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the Terrell charter's annexation provisions unchanged.
