THIS IS A TAX INCREASE - The Issuance of $558,750,000 Road Bonds and the Levy of Ad Valorem Taxes Sufficient to Pay the Principal of and Interest on the Debt Obligations to Pay for the Road Bonds by Bayou Belle Municipal Management District No. 1.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue up to $558,750,000 in road bonds and levy property taxes to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these road bonds or the taxes to repay them.
