THIS IS A TAX INCREASE "Ratifying the ad valorem tax rate of $.8889 in Rochelle ISD for the current year, a rate that will result in an increase of 14.0 percent in maintenance and operations tax revenue for the district for the current year as compared to the preceding year, which is an additional $218,603."

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote ratifies Rochelle ISD's $0.8889 tax rate, which the ballot says raises maintenance and operations tax revenue 14.0%, an additional $218,603.

A “No” vote means
