The question, as printed on the ballot
THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; an operation and maintenance tax for the District not to exceed one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of taxable property.
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for authorizes the district to levy an operation and maintenance property tax of up to $1.20 per $100 of taxable value.
A “No” vote means
A vote against denies the district authority to levy that operation and maintenance tax.
