THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $400,000,000 bonds for water, wastewater, and drainage system facilities, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for authorizes $400 million in bonds for water, wastewater and drainage facilities and taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A vote against denies authority to issue those bonds and levy taxes to repay them.
