THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $150,000,000 bonds for roads, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds.

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for authorizes $150 million in road bonds and taxes to repay them. Road bonds need two-thirds approval (district order).

A “No” vote means

A vote against denies authority to issue the road bonds and levy taxes to repay them.
