THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $600,000,000 bonds for refunding water, wastewater, and drainage system facilities bonds (including refunding bonds issued therefor) issued pursuant to Section 59, Article XVI of the Texas Constitution, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds.

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for authorizes up to $600 million in bonds to refinance the district's water, wastewater and drainage bonds, and taxes to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A vote against denies authority to issue those refunding bonds.
