THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of bonds in the amount of $299,015,000 for water, wastewater/sewage, and drainage system facilities and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for authorizes the utility district to issue $299,015,000 in bonds for water, wastewater/sewage and drainage facilities and to levy taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A vote against does not authorize these bonds.
