THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $19,100,000 bonds for recreational facilities, including refunding bonds, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $19,100,000 in bonds for recreational facilities, with a property tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
