THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $127,800,000 bonds for roads, including refunding bonds, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $127,800,000 in bonds for roads, with a property tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
