THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The provisions of the contract between Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 187 and Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 186, including the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on bonds issued by Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 186, including refunding bonds, in the maximum aggregate amount of $412,000,000, for certain regional water, sewer, and drainage facilities, all as defined and provided in said contract

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote approves the district's contract with Montgomery County MUD No. 186, with a tax to make payments on up to $412,000,000 in water, sewer and drainage bonds.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the contract and the tax to make payments under it.
