THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $227,835,000 in refunding bonds to refund bonds issued for water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer, organization and administration, or refunding of such bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said refunding bonds

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes $227,835,000 in refunding bonds to refinance bonds issued for water, sewer, drainage and storm sewer facilities, with a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies authority to issue these refunding bonds.
