THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $317,000,000 in bonds and the issuance of $475,500,000 in refunding bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds (water, sanitary sewer, drainage, and storm sewer, organization, and administration)

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes $317,000,000 in bonds and $475,500,000 in refunding bonds for water, sewer, drainage and storm sewer facilities and organization costs, with a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
