THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $25,000,000 in bonds and the issuance of $37,500,000 in refunding bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds (parks and recreational facilities)
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $25,000,000 in bonds and $37,500,000 in refunding bonds for park and recreational facilities, with a property tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
