THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of up to $475,000,000 in total principal amount of bonds for road facilities and the imposition of taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes up to $475,000,000 in bonds for road facilities, with a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
