THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The provisions of the Contract between Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 265B and municipal utility districts included in the Service Area including Monthly Charges associated with the Services from the Master District's Road Facilities and the levy of a tax sufficient to make payments thereunder for the Debt Service Requirements of the Master District Road Bonds in the maximum aggregate original principal amount of $654,000,000, all as defined and provided in said Contract

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote approves the district's contract with the municipal utility districts in its service area, with a tax to make payments on up to $654,000,000 in road bonds.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the contract and the tax to make payments under it.
