THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $646,132,000 in bonds and the issuance of $646,132,000 in refunding bonds, and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds (paved roads and turnpikes)
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $646,132,000 in bonds and $646,132,000 in refunding bonds for roads, with a property tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
