THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $135,100,000 in bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds (water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer, organization and administration)

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes $135,100,000 in bonds for water, sewer, drainage and storm sewer facilities and organization costs, with a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
