THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $23,100,000 in park and recreational facilities bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $23,100,000 in bonds for park and recreational facilities, with a property tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
