THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The levy of an operation and maintenance tax not to exceed one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation (water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer, organization and administration)
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes an operation and maintenance property tax of up to $1.50 per $100 of taxable value for water, sewer, drainage and storm sewer facilities and organization costs.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies authority to levy this operation and maintenance tax.
