THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The levy of an operation and maintenance tax not to exceed ten cents ($0.10) per one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation (park and recreational facilities)
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes an operation and maintenance property tax of up to $0.10 per $100 of taxable value for park and recreational facilities.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies authority to levy this operation and maintenance tax.
