THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $911,895,000 bonds for roads and for refunding road bonds of the District, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for authorizes up to $911,895,000 in district road bonds, and unlimited taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A vote against does not authorize these road bonds.
