THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. An operation and maintenance tax for facilities authorized by Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution, not to exceed one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of taxable property
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for lets the district levy an operation and maintenance tax of up to $1.20 per $100 of taxable value for its water, sewer and drainage facilities.
A “No” vote means
A vote against does not authorize this tax.
