THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $300,000 of bonds for the construction, acquisition, rehabilitation, renovation, expansion, improvement and upgrading of technology systems and equipment, and the levy and imposition of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets Richland Springs ISD issue $300,000 in bonds for technology systems and equipment and levy taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the bonds.
