Shall the City Charter § 3.02 be amended to prohibit a recalled council member from serving in an elected or appointed city office for three years, instead of two years as currently written?

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for bars a council member removed by recall from running for or holding an appointed city office for three years after the recall, instead of two.

A “No” vote means

A vote against leaves City Charter § 3.02 as currently written.
