Shall the City Charter § 3.10(3) be amended to require (rather than allow) the Council to adopt an ordinance or resolution further specifying procedures for investigations, notices, hearings, public reprimands, censures, and suspensions of the Mayor and/or a Council Member?
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for requires, rather than allows, the council to adopt procedures for investigating, reprimanding, censuring and suspending the mayor or a council member.
A “No” vote means
A vote against leaves City Charter § 3.10(3) as currently written.
