Shall the City Charter § 4.02 be amended to change the maximum lawful severance pay for the position of City Manager from 60 days to 90 days in accordance with State law?

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for raises the most severance pay the council may grant a removed city manager from 60 days to 90 days.

A “No” vote means

A vote against leaves City Charter § 4.02 as currently written.
