Shall Tarrant County Fresh Water Supply District No. 3 be authorized to assume the rights, authority, privileges, and functions of a road district under Article III, Section 52(b)(3), of the Texas Constitution?
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for authorizes the district to assume the rights, authority, privileges and functions of a road district under the Texas Constitution.
A “No” vote means
A vote against does not authorize the district to assume road district powers.
