THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $84,260,000 general obligation bonds for streets, roads, sidewalks, and other public ways, the acquisition of real property necessary or incidental for such purpose, and the imposition of a tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the cost of any credit agreements.
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for authorizes the city to issue $84,260,000 in general obligation bonds for street reconstruction, and a tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A vote against does not authorize these bonds.
