THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $10,710,000 general obligation bonds for the City Library and the imposition of a tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the cost of any credit agreements.

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for authorizes the city to issue $10,710,000 in general obligation bonds for the City Library, and a tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A vote against does not authorize these bonds.
