Shall the City Charter be amended to clarify the meaning of the term "election" and to provide that the campaign contribution and expenditure limits shall be modified each year by January 1st instead of with the adoption of the budget?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote clarifies the charter term "election" and has campaign contribution and spending limits adjusted each January 1 instead of with the budget.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves this part of the City Charter unchanged.
