Shall the City Charter be amended to make non-substantive corrections of typographical errors, punctuation, and sentence structure, and to change or remove language that is moot or unenforceable because it has been superseded by state law or by a final court order?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote corrects typographical and punctuation errors and changes or removes charter language superseded by state law or a final court order.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves this part of the City Charter unchanged.
