THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $27,000,000 bonds for park and recreational facilities, and the levy of tax sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds.

A yes vote authorizes up to $27,000,000 in bonds for park and recreational facilities and a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
