A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote adds a tract in the Edgewater and River Terrace Service Area to ESD No. 10.

A “No” vote means

A no vote keeps that tract out of the district.

Voters in the district and in the Edgewater and River Terrace territory vote in separate elections.
